How do you ship packages?

Packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the weight of the package.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Please be aware that we only have a very short window to make changes, therefore, we cannot guarantee that changes (including requests to cancel an order) can be made once an order has been placed. You will usually have a 1-hour window to make any changes to your order.

What brands are the t-shirts?

For men's t-shirts, we mostly use Delta Pro-Weight, and for women's, we mostly use Tultex. However, occasionally we also use Gildan and other high-quality brands.

How are the t-shirts printed?

They are professionally printed silk-screened t-shirts.

Care Instructions:

We recommend washing your t-shirts inside out, with cold water and using a mild detergent. Dry your t-shirts using a low-heat setting. This will maintain the longevity of all your t-shirts, not just ours. While the t-shirts are pre-shrunk, using too much high-heat can cause shrinkage to the 100% cotton tees.

Orders Returned to Sender/Undeliverable

Please check for accuracy when entering your shipping address. Any order returned to us due to non-delivery may require a reshipping fee. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you promptly and arrange for reshipment.

Are your t-shirts regular or athletic fit?

Men's t-shirts are regular fit, while women's t-shirts are fitted/slim fit and tapered with cap sleeves, therefore, it is advised with the women's t-shirts only, to order 1-2 sizes up.

Will my order ship all in one package?   

We utilize multiple shipping facilities, and in order to get your items out to you as quickly as possible, your order may ship in multiple packages. You can view the number of shipments for each order by reviewing your order status.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

Due to the way that our orders are processed, we usually combine orders. We utilize multiple shipping facilities and your order may, in fact, ship in multiple packages. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once all of your items have been sent out. 

My order has shipped but I need to change the address... 

Unfortunately, we are unable to reroute a package once it has been shipped. If the address provided is deemed undeliverable and the package is sent back to us, we'll contact you in order to confirm the correct address. Please keep in mind that returning packages usually take twice as long to get back to us and be processed. However, we are not responsible for any package that is lost or misdelivered if incorrect address information is provided on the order form.

Why can't I track my package? 

At this time, most of our international shipments do offer tracking information. However, occasionally our shipping partners may only be able to provide partial tracking or none at all. Most commonly, customers may see "Transferred to the local post office for delivery." This update simply shows when the package was scanned out of the USPS hub. After that, the package has left the U.S. and is on its way to you! In the event that you receive a tracking number that shows as "invalid," do not fear! Your package is in fact on its way. Average international delivery time is about 4 weeks once a package has been shipped, however, it may take up to 6 weeks (to account for all possible delays, such as customs processing, holidays, etc). If you have not received your package after 6 weeks, please contact us.  

What happens if my order is marked "Return to Sender?"

While we're not responsible if a package is lost or misdelivered because incorrect (or incomplete) address information was provided on the order form, if an order is returned to us by the post office, we will contact you via email once we have received it. If the order was returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, or because you've moved, please be advised that you will be responsible for any applicable reshipping costs. 

In the event you request a refund for the returned package, please be aware that your refund will not include the original shipping fees or any incurred fees from it being returned.

Customs Charges

Depending on where you live in the world, your order from TealGifts may be subject to taxes/fees imposed by local agencies. These added fees are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. We have no control over any countries' import taxes or customs laws. Customs charges are usually assessed by the weight, cost, and amount of product within one order. If the package's customs charges are not paid for, the order will be returned to us. We do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping costs, or the cost of the order, should you refuse to pay the customs fees. You can find more information about your country's customs laws by contacting your local postal service or Customs Department. Both usually post this information on their websites. Also, we are not able to mark orders as a "gift" in order to avoid these fees.

How long will it take to get my order?

Shirt orders are generally shipped within 2 business days. All other orders are usually shipped within 5 business days. Shipping times will be dependent on your location and which facility your item is shipping from. If your item is custom made, personalized, or made-to-order, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Overseas: 7-21 days

Where is my item shipping from?
We have multiple facilities, both in the United States and overseas. Your item will ship from whichever facility is closest to you. The majority of our t-shirts are shipped from Gainesville, Florida. 


When will my card be charged for this order?

Your card will be charged as soon as you submit your order. 

What currency are prices listed in?

All of our prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. You can, however, change the currency by selecting your country in the upper right-hand corner of our website.

Do you offer store credit or gift cards?

Unfortunately, neither store credit or gift cards are currently available.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards, to include: American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, MasterCard, VISA, and PayPal. 

What is your returns and exchange policy?

Because every one of our items is made-to-order, all sales are final. 

Please be sure to consult the size chart before purchasing the item, to ensure your item will fit correctly. If, after you place your order, you need to make a change, please notify us immediately, as we will only be able to make changes to your order for a short time after the order is placed. 

Items will only be eligible for a refund if they fall into one of the following categories:

  • Item is Damaged in Transit

  • Incorrect Item is Delivered

  • Item is Defective or Misprinted

If you receive an item that you believe falls into one of the categories above, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the item, as well as your preference for a refund or replacement item.

We're pretty good about answering emails within 48 hours, but please keep in mind that our office is closed on weekends and on holidays. We often need some extra time if you contact us outside of regular business hours.
